How To Reset Your Account Password

Having a tough time remembering your password? No problem. Here's how you reset your account password in our system. From the log in page, click the reset your password link.

On the next page

  1. type in the email address associated with your account
  2. click Send email button

This will send a reset password link to your email.

You should see a notification appear in the upper right that confirms an email was sent to the email address indicated.

Check your email. You should see an email from your travel provider with the subject Password Reset Instructions.

Don't see the email?

  1. Give it a minute: sometimes email takes time
  2. Check your spam: Was the email sent to a spam folder? Try searching for the subject line “Password Reset Instructions”
  3. Did you type in the wrong email address? If it's possible you may have typed your email address incorrectly, scrap that take and start over.

If you received the email, open it and click the indicated link within.

On the next page

  1. type in your new password
  2. click the Reset password button

You'll be taken back to the original login page. You should see a notification in the upper right that your password has been reset. Then

  1. type in your email associated with your account
  2. type in your new password
  3. click Log in
