How Do I Add A Payment Method?

If you're registered for your trip, this is the process to add an additional payment method. From your passenger dashboard:

  1. Click the Account menu in the upper right.
  2. Click on Payment methods

On the next screen, you'll see your current payment methods listed in the middle of the screen. Click the Add button at the bottom of the screen to add a new payment method.

The following screen will look exactly like the screen where you added your initial method of payment. You'll need to:

  1. Enter the name associated with the account or card you'd like to pay with
  2. Select US bank account or card (i.e. debit or credit card)
  3. Submit requested information (for Card it will ask you to enter the card number. For US bank account it will ask you to locate and connect with your bank)
  4. Click Save

Once the additional payment method is saved, you'll be taken to the Payment methods screen.

NOTE: the payment method you just entered will automatically be indicated as the default payment method. If you'd like to change that, click the Change default button below and follow the instructions. If you'd like to add more payment methods, click Add.

When you're satisfied with your payment methods (and which is marked as default), click BACK to return to the passenger dashboard.

Payment Methods Not Listed In The Account Menu:

In some situations, especially if you're registered for multiple trips, you may not see the Payment methods option when you expand the account menu from the passenger dashboard. Here's what you need to do:


Click On All Trips:

Click on the icon labeled All Trips, right next to the Account menu.

Click Go To Trip:

Find the trip you would like to add a new payment method to and click the link labeled GO TO TRIP for that trip.

Click On Account Menu:

Now that you're on the passenger dashboard for the trip you'd like to add a payment method to, click on the Account menu in the upper right and you should see the Payment methods option.
