I Can't Find My Bank On the List, Now What?

If you want to connect your bank account but can't find it on the list, no worries. You can connect to almost any bank using manual verification. Here's how to make it happen:


Once you get to the Choose payment methods page:

  1. Fill in your full name as it appears on your bank account
  2. Select US bank account
  3. Click the link that says to enter bank details manually instead.

The next page will ask for your bank account information:

  1. Routing number
  2. Account number

Both of these can be found at the bottom of a check associated with this account or from your online bank account. Enter the information in the requested fields and click continue to proceed.

When you add the banking information and get to this screen (see below), you must click "Continue to GroupCollect." No further action is required at this time. You have initiated the manual verification process.

Email Reminder

On the day your micro-deposit is supposed to hit your account, you should receive an email reminding you to check your bank account. Save this email as a quick way to get back to your online payment platform after you check your bank account. The Verify your bank account button at the bottom of the screen will take you directly to where you need to go.

Check your bank account. If you received a single one-cent deposit, look for the transaction description. You should see a 6-character code within.

Complete verification and connect your account

Once you've got the information you need from the micro-deposit, return to your online trip payment platform, either through the reminder email or by logging in yourself. You should be brought to a page to finish your verification. Enter the 6-character code and click the Verify button at the bottom of the screen.

You're officially verified!

You've completed the process of manual verification! You've connected your bank account, and you may now make payments directly from this account to pay for your trip. If you have any questions or need more assistance with this process, please reach out to us at help@groupcollect.com
