How Do I Comp an Account?
Sometimes, you will want to offer a free trip to a passenger (or trip leader). To do so, head to the "Active Trips" page and select the trip:
Find the passenger's account by heading to the "Trip Dashboard" and clicking on "Passengers" in the left-hand column. Or enter the passenger's name in the "Search all passengers" field at the top of the page:
Select the passenger by clicking on their name:
On the "Passenger Party Details" page, scroll down to the section labeled “Passenger Actions” and click on the button labeled “Comp”:
This passenger's account has now been comped. The payment schedule is removed from their account and they won't receive automatic payment reminders. They can still add important trip information like signing documents, answering questions, and much more.
