How Do I Assign a Trip Leader and What Are Their Permissions?
Head to the "Active Trips" page and select the trip that needs a trip leader:
All Trip Leaders must first register as a passenger. After they have completed this step, the Administrator can find them by clicking on "Passengers" in the left-hand column, or entering their name in the search field at the top of the page:
Select the passenger that you want to assign as a Trip Leader and click on their name:
On the "Passenger Party Details" page, click "Make Trip Leader":
The next time your Trip Leader logs in, they will have access to the "Trip Leader Dashboard":
To access their own passenger dashboard they can click the "Travel" option in the upper left corner:
