I Canceled My Trip. Why Am I Only Getting a Partial Refund?

When you cancel your participation in a trip and only receive a partial refund, it is because:

1. The addons you selected are non-refundable;

2. A non-refundable date has passed; or

3. You are no longer eligible to receive a refund for a specific amount. 

If you chose to pay for trip protection when you registered for your trip (if it was offered), please contact your trip leader to cancel your trip. After you cancel, you should receive a claim number with instructions on how to obtain your refund.
