Why Can't I Verify My Bank Account?

If you're going through the process of manually connecting a bank account to make payments in the system, you may have been brought to the screen below to enter in the code listed in your bank account verification transaction.

However, if you're receiving an error message after attempting to verify, there is one common issue you can keep an eye out for.

5-Digit Code Appears When Transaction Is Pending

You need a full 6-digit code to complete this verification page. However, most banks will only show 5 digits of the 6-digit code when the verification transaction is pending. So it's very common for passengers to copy the 5-digit code from the pending transaction and attempt to complete verification, not knowing that one digit is still missing.

6-Digit Code Appears When Transaction Has Fully Posted

Once the transaction updates from pending to fully posted, the 5-digit code in the description will increase to 6 digits. Therefore, please wait for this micro-deposit to fully post so that the full 6-digit code can appear. Then once you've obtained the full 6-digit code, you'll be able to return to your account, enter it in the screen shown above, and complete your verification process.

I Have The Full 6-Digit Code, And It's Still Not Working
