How Do I Turn On AutoPay?

There are two ways to enable AutoPay on your account so you never miss a payment:

  1. While you're registering for the trip
  2. At any point after you've registered for the trip.

Enabling AutoPay While Registering

Near the end of the registration process, passengers are typically asked to make the first payment for their trip. This is usually known as the trip deposit. After you've made this payment, the next screen will ask you if you'd like to enable AutoPay. If you'd like to enable AutoPay, click yes and Save.

AutoPay will use the payment method you have on file to make payments according to the trip payment schedule until the trip is paid in full.

Enabling AutoPay At Any Point After Registration

If you declined AutoPay while registering but have since changed your mind, you can still enable AutoPay from your account. Simply login and navigate to your passenger dashboard. Look for the section titled AutoPay and click the tab until it shows green. This means that AutoPay will be enabled.

What If I Want To Disable AutoPay?

Simply log into your passenger dashboard, navigate to the AutoPay section, and click the tab so it no longer shows green. AutoPay has now been disabled for your account.

AutoPay Is Not Working Or Charged An Incorrect Amount

If this happens, please contact your tour operator or travel coordinator right away. They will look into why the error occurred and work with you to make sure your account is working properly moving forward.
