I Participated in a Fundraiser. When Can I Expect My Share to Appear On My Account?

If you participated in a fundraiser, that’s awesome! Your trip leader is working hard to make sure the money raised by this effort is assigned to everyone who was involved. 

Please allow up to five business days for those funds to be reflected in your account. If it’s been more than five days, please contact your trip leader directly.

Once those funds are applied to your account, your portion will appear on your payment screen. If you click on the tool tip (the 'i' in a circle next to the payment), it will say "Bulk Credit for Car Wash," or whatever the fundraiser was titled to explain where these funds came from.
