How Do I Share Account Access With Another Adult?

If you'd like another adult to be able to edit information, make payments, or cancel your account, you may invite them to be an additional user. As stated in the video above, the option to invite another user can be found near the bottom right of the passenger dashboard.

The feature can also be accessed from the Account menu in the upper right of the passenger dashboard.

On the next screen simply type the email address of the individual you'd like to add to the account and click the Invite button. You'll return to the passenger dashboard after the invite has been successfully sent.

What Will The Invited Adult See?

Let's look at things like you're the adult who has been invited to share access to this account. This is the email you'll receive:

Once you click on the link, you'll be taken to a screen to create an account. The system will use the given email as a "username", and you'll create a password.

Next you'll have to confirm you're an adult by entering your date of birth. You will need to enter YOUR date of birth, not that of the passenger.

Then you'll be asked to provide personal information to finish creating your account. As the screen states, you are NOT registering yourself for the trip. This is simply to create an account for yourself in the system.

Next you'll need to provide your address. This is mostly in case anything needs to be mailed to one of the accounts on file, like a refund check.

Upon creating your account, you'll be taken through portions of the passenger's registration that still needs to be completed. If the registration is fully complete, you'll be asked to review and confirm things like

  1. Who is going on the trip
  2. Trip costs
  3. Answer to any questions they were asked

Finally you'll be taken to the passenger dashboard.

Here you'll have access to edit information, make payments, and cancel the account so make sure to use this account access responsibly and please let your travel provider know if you have any questions. We hope your passenger has a wonderful trip!
