How Do I Make A Custom Payment?
Currently, these are the steps to make a custom payment:
- First, pay the deposit that your tour operator or travel coordinator has indicated for this trip.
- Make a custom payment as a second payment. To make a custom payment, you must pay the full deposit plus your trip protection premium (if applicable).
Here's how to make it happen step-by-step:
Pay Your Deposit
First, pay the deposit that your tour operator or travel coordinator has indicated for this trip. In this example, today's trip deposit is $96.00.
Decide If You Want To Enable AutoPay
The next screen will ask if you'd like to enable AutoPay. Read the description and decide whether you'd like to utilize this feature. Then click the Save button to proceed.
Verify Your Deposit Payment
After successfully paying your deposit, you'll be taken to the Payment Receipt page. Confirm that the amount and method of payment are correct, then click Done.
Go To Payment
Next, you'll be taken to your passenger dashboard, where you'll click the Go To Payment button.
Choose Custom Amount
On the next screen, beneath the question How much would you like to pay today, Select Custom amount. Then, type in the custom amount that you'd like to pay.
Checkout
Verify your payment method and amount one more time, then click the Pay button near the bottom of the screen.
Verify Your Custom Payment
You'll be directed back to your passenger dashboard again. This time, the TOTAL REMAINING should reflect your total trip cost minus the deposit and the custom payment you just made.
You can also go to the Account menu in the upper right and click the Payment timeline option to see all your payments.
