I'm Already Registered, How Do I Log In?

Important Notes:

  • On October 31st, 2023 your online registration and payment platform was updated to a new system.
  • If you registered for your trip before this date, and are logging in for the first time since the updates occurred, you will be asked a few questions before you can proceed to your passenger dashboard.
  • Please read below for a detailed breakdown of how to proceed.

Due to system updates, there are a few questions you'll need to answer before you can access your passenger dashboard, even if you're fully registered for the trip. These questions will help us connect your account and learn more about you so we can provide you with the best service possible before your trip. Here's what you'll be asked about:

  • Date of birth
  • Name
  • Address

We'll also go page-by-page to breakdown exactly what you'll see and how to answer:

What's your date of birth

As soon as you log in, everyone will be asked to enter their date of birth.

Remember to answer these questions as they pertain to you, whether you are the passenger or not. For example, if you're a parent registering a child, please enter your date of birth and click Next.

Is this you?

If you are 18 years old or up, once you've entered your date of birth, the system should recognize you and will ask you to verify that you're being connected with the correct account.


If all the information provided looks correct, select Yes, click Next, and you will be brought to your new passenger dashboard.


What if the information showing is not correct? Or there is no match?

If you typed in your date of birth and our system pulled up a passenger that is not you, or if your information is simply not found in the system, then you'll be asked the following questions:

Tell us about yourself

On this page, please provide the requested information and click Next. Reminder: please fill in this information as it pertains to you, whether you are the passenger or not.

Where do you live?

Please provide your home address and click Next. Reminder: please fill in this information as it pertains to you, whether you are the passenger or not.

This is the final step! Once you've provided this information and click Next, you'll be brought to the passenger dashboard!

What if you're under 18?

Individuals 17 and under are not able to register in this system. If you login and provide a date of birth indicating you're not at least 18 years old, you'll be redirected to invite an adult to assist you with the rest of registration.

Steps to invite an adult

Individuals 17 years or younger will be taken to this page where they can invite up to three adults via email.


The invited individuals will receive an email with a link to assist the individual who invited them with the rest of their registration.
