Using Teams to Organize Your Trips

Tour operators who have more than 50 active trips often need a way to allow their staff to "follow" a specific set of trips they're working on. This GroupCollect Teams feature allows staff to be assigned to a trip, which allows them to see only the trips they're working on when they open up GroupCollect.

To enable this feature, click Settings

Then Admins

On the right hand side under Teams Features click the Click To Enable switch

Then navigate to a trip you'd like to assign to specific admins. Click on the trip to access the admin dashboard. Scroll to the bottom left and click Team

Then in the middle of the page, you'll see an "Assigned to this trip" column and an "Admins" column. To assign admins to this trip, click the plus sign next to the name of the admin you'd like to assign. 

This will move them over to the "Assigned to this trip" column. The admin has been successfully assigned to this trip. 

Repeat this process for all admins you'd like assigned to any trip. If you have any questions, please reach out to us at Help@Groupcollect.com
