How Do I Edit a Passenger Account?

As an Administrator in GroupCollect, you can edit passenger accounts using our impersonation feature. 

First, log into your account. On the "Active Trips" page, click the trip the passenger is on:

On the "Trip Dashboard," click on "Passengers" in the left-hand column, or search for the passenger's name in the search field at the top:

Once you find your passenger, click on their name, which will take you to their "Account Details" page:

Then, click on the "Login As" button in the top right-hand corner to impersonate that passenger:

Once you're in the passenger's account and are impersonating them, select the item that you need to edit. In this example, we need to change their package type. Click on the little pen tool next to the selected package to edit that item:

Make the necessary changes, and click on the "Next" button at the bottom of the page. 

To stop impersonating the passenger, click on "Sign Out" on the left-hand side of the page:
