In order to file a claim with TripMate, you must be cancelled in our system first.

You should have just received two emails from your tour operator or travel coordinator.

  1. Cancellation Confirmation: this will ensure your trip cancellation request has processed properly
  2. Information for filing a trip protection claim. If you purchased travel protection, you can file a claim with Trip Mate using the information in this email.
