What Should Be Included In A Support Request?

If you need help, have a question, or something isn't behaving properly in the system, reach out to us at help@groupcollect.com. But what should you include in your email? What does the support team need to resolve the issue as quickly as possible? Please provide the following:
  1. A link: Copy/paste the web link to where you’re experiencing an issue in the system
  2. Passenger name and email: First and last name as well as the email associated with their passenger account. Or send a link to the account.
  3. Screenshot or exact text: If you’re getting an error message, either send us a screenshot or copy/paste the message so we know exactly what it says.
Send only what applies to your situation if you haven’t shared already. If there's a text thread, please be sure to share a brief summary of the problem you're experiencing. We appreciate you helping us to expedite this matter!
