How Do I Require Phone Numbers For Minors?

If you need to require passengers who are under 18 to enter their phone numbers while registering for your trip, there are two ways to make that happen: company-wide, meaning every trip will default to requiring minor passengers to submit their phone numbers or trip-by-trip, which means you can select which trips will feature this requirement.

Company-wide:

First, go to Settings located at the top right of the page:

Click on Required Info under business settings on the left side of the page, then be sure to check the Require Phone Number for Minors box and click Save:

Trip-by-trip

Navigate to the trip you'd like to activate this feature for. Click Trip Details in the left hand margin. Scroll down and find the section titled Require Phone Numbers from Minors for this Trip?
