How Do I Enter A Trip Code For A Passenger?

Sometimes, passengers may have difficulty entering their trip code in the system to begin registration for a trip. If this occurs, you can help by adding the trip code to their account for them. 


From the passenger’s account details page, simply add the trip code and click the blue add button.

When the passenger logs into their account, they will see the trip listed. They can continue the registration process by clicking on the newly listed trip.
