Creating Passenger Lists With Filters

You can easily create and export passenger lists using filters.

First, click on Passengers on the main Trip Dashboard page.

On the next screen, you can select Basic Filters or Advanced Filters.

Basic Filters

Select the Basic Filters tab. click to add or remove any of the filter criteria. You may select more than one criteria option at a time to create highly customized filter combinations. You'll see a list of all passengers that match this criteria below. Click Export to save this list as a CSV file or Contact to review your options for contacting the list.

Advanced Filters

Click the Advanced Filters tab to see your additional filter options. Keep in mind you'll only be able to select one advanced filter criteria option at a time. All passengers that fall under the criteria will appear in a list below. You may either click Export to save the list as a CSV file or click Contact to review your options for contacting the list.
