How Do I Create A Flight List?

Trip leaders can create a flight list at any time to help with trip organization. First, login to your trip and click on Lists the left-hand column.

Then click Create New List.

Select Flight List as the list type, name the list, then click the "Save List" button.

Click the New Flight button to start adding passengers.

Then you can name the flight and set the capacity. Gender preference and package preference are not required or relevant for flight lists. You may even add notes about this flight in the open field on the bottom.

Click the "Save Flight" button. You'll be brought back to the list overview page, where you can see your newly created Flight. If you have any further questions, please reach out to your tour operator or travel coordinator.
