How To Customize The Cancellation Approved Email Notification

GroupCollect will send an email to the parties of your choosing when a cancellation of a passenger is approved within the system. Here's how you adjust exactly who you'd like to receive this email.

First, this is what the email looks like: 

To adjust who sees this email, first go to Settings

Then click Notifications

Navigate to the middle of the Notifications Settings page. If your company uses GroupCollect Teams your options will look like this: 

The "Send To Team" option means that any time a cancellation is approved on a trip, all admins assigned to that trip will be the ones to receive the notification. "Send To Support" means the email will be sent to your help desk i.e.: Help@Yourcompany.com. 

If your company does not use GroupCollect Teams, your options will look like this: 

The "Send To All Admins" option means that all of the admins registered in your GroupCollect system will receive this email notification any time there is a cancellation approved for any trip in the system.
