How Do I Export Lists Pre-Formatted For Top Vendors?

GroupCollect allows you to export your flight and hotel lists pre-formatted for some of the industry's top vendors. These are the vendors that you can utilize this feature for:

Flights:

Fly My Group
Jet Blue
American Airlines
Southwest Airlines

Hotels:

Disney Resorts
Universal Resorts

With this feature, you'll be able to export these pre-formatted lists with the simple click of a button. Here's How:

Navigate To Passenger Lists

Select a trip with flight and/or hotel lists, then click on Passenger Lists in the margin on the left.

Select A Flight Or A Hotel List

Click Export

Click the Export option in the top middle portion of the page. This will not initiate an immediate download but rather take you to the next page where you can select from the formatting options.

Optionally Populate Passport Fields Via Trip Questions

Two flight vendors, American Airlines and Southwest Airlines, will populate with optional fields regarding passport information. If available, you can link this information and include it in your flight lists. Here are what the fields will populate for each airline.

How To Use Optional Passport Fields Via Trip Questions

To include the answers to these questions in your flight list, you'll have to:

Click on the drop-down menu
Select a pre-populated question to add the answers to this flight list

*Don't see the question you need? That means the question was not asked during registration. Never fear, it's easy to create a custom question in GroupCollect.

Click on Questionnaires
Either click Add Questionnaire to create a whole new category of questions, or in the general Trip Questionnaire section, simply click Add Question. Then on the next screen create the question that you want to be linked to the flight list (i.e.: what's your passport number?)

Then when you return to the flight list page and select the corresponding drop-down menu, you'll see the question you created as one of the options that you would like to have linked in the flight list.
