'Configure Trip' Page- Where Can I Click?

The 'Configure Trip' page has 8 section that should be completed to fully configure your trip. A great way to work through this process as efficiently as possible is to become familiar with where exactly you can click. Therefore, below you'll see images highlighting each section, where you can click, and a brief description of what that will do for you. Check it out: 

Packages:

Click the 'Add Package' button in the upper right to create each package. Then click on the name of the package itself (ie: 'Student' or 'Adult' over to the left) in order to edit anything about the package you've already created. 

Bonus feature: click the 'Reorder' button next to 'Add Package' to drag/drop and sort your packages in any order you'd like to present them. 

Add-ons:

Click the 'Add Add-on' button in the upper right to create each add-on. Then click on the name of the add-on itself (ie: 'Zip Line Tour' over to the left) in order to edit anything about the add-on you've already created.

Payment Date Restrictions:

Click the 'Edit Restrictions' button in the upper right to create or edit existing payment date restrictions.

Payment Schedule:

Click the 'Configure Payment Dates' button in the upper right to create  or edit an existing payment schedule.

Non-Refundable Dates:

Click the 'Add Non-Refundable Date' button in the upper right to create each non-refundable date. Then click on the non-refundable date itself (ie: 'Dec 12 2022' over to the left) in order to edit anything about the non-refundable date you've already created.

Trip Questionnaire:

Click the 'Add Question' button in the upper right to create each question. Then click on the name of the question itself (ie: 'Meal choice' over to the left) in order to edit anything about the question you've already created.

Medical Information:

Click the 'Add Question' button in the upper right to create a new question if necessary. However, there are many medical information questions already pre-written and listed in this section. Click on the name of the question itself (ie: Dietary Restrictions over to the left) to check out your options within. 

When you click on the question you'll see that all are defaulted to be optional. You can click within to make the question required, but understand this will make all of the medical information questions appear for your passengers when they register, however only the one that you marked as required will be required of your passenger.

Additionally, you have the option to delete any of the medical information questions that are not required of your passengers to prevent them from seeing non-required medical information questions. Simply click the 'delete' button within each medical information question you wish to delete. 

Bonus feature: click the 'Reorder' button next to 'Add Question' to drag/drop and sort your questions in any order you'd like to present them. 

Convenience Fees & Discounts:

Click the 'Trip Settings' button on the right to adjust convenience fees and discounts on this trip only, or click on the 'Account Settings' button beneath to adjust these parameters for your entire account. Adjusting your account settings will impact this trip and the default settings for every other trip you create moving forward.
