What's New With The Refund Page?
Refunding a passenger is now as simple as possible. Here's a video summarizing the improvements:
First, click on a passenger and then click on 'Refund' on the right side of the screen
After that, you'll select if you'd like to return the funds via Stripe (online) or manually (ie: mailing the passenger a check) by clicking on one of the radial bubbles.
What You Can Refund
Once you've selected everything at the top of the page, the system will generate the maximum amount that can be refunded to the passenger. This will be important if in the event some of the transactions you are refunding are non-refundable.
Finally, you'll type in how much of the maximum amount you'd like to refund and why, and click the 'Issue Refund' button.
