How Do I Archive a Trip?

If you want to change the status of a trip from active to archived, log into your account. On the "Active Trips" page, click on the name of the trip that you want to archive:


Under "Trip Setup", click on "Trip Details":

This will take you to the "Editing Trip" page. In the "Trip Status" box, click on the pull-down menu and select "Archive" (1), then click the "Save Trip" button (2):

Your trip has now been archived.  

If you head to the "Active Trips" page, you can see "Archived" trips by clicking the link in the toolbar: 

You will see the list of archived trips, including the one you just archived:
